Brass is a metallic alloy that is made of copper and zinc.

Almost 90% of brass alloys are recycled because brass is not ferromagnetic.

It can be separated from ferrous scrap by passing the scrap near a powerful magnet. Brass scrap is collected and transported to the foundry where it is melted and recast into billets. Billets are heated and extruded into the desired form and size.

Pure copper has a reddish-orange color. It is one of the few metals that can occur in nature in a directly usable metallic form / native metal /.

Copper is recyclable without any loss of quality. Both from raw state and from manufactured products in volume.

100 % recyclable stainless steels are known for their corrosion resistance.

Stainless steel resistance to corrosion and staining, low maintenance and familiar luster make it an ideal material for many applications, where both strengths of steel and corrosion resistance are required.

looking for a "better" leather.

- it endures washings up to 60 degrees without

compromising stability or appearance.

MATERIAL // Paper recycling is a multi-stage process that begins with collecting and sorting waste paper. The sorted waste paper goes to the device dealing with its fiberisation. This is done in large tanks filled with hot water. At high temperatures, cellulose fibers separate and undergo pre-treatment.

The next stage of paper recycling is the mechanical removal of impurities. This is a very important stage because the waste paper can still contain staples, paper clips, threads, as well as other impurities such as sand. The cleaning is done mechanically, using devices called a hydro cyclone. When the pulp is cleaned, it goes into sorting, in which long fibers are separated from short ones.   After removing the dirt, the paper can be discolored and bleached. This stage is not used in the production of wrapping paper or cartons in which brown tint is acceptable.

One of the last stages of paper recycling is its final cleaning and dehydration. Automated sorters, as well as presses and filters, are used for these works, effectively and thoroughly draining off all moisture contained in the paper pulp.
